• 2 green apples (360g), 1/2 lemon (60g),
  11/4 cups sparkling water, Small bunch of mint,
  Ice and syrup

1 Wash ingredients well.
2 Remove apple stem and cut into chunks.
3 Remove lemon peel.

5 Add mint, ice, sparkling water, and syrup and stir well.
